We offer paid shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card or any other payment option available on our website. Once shipped, please allow 3-10 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

Online store (finanthropist.com): Cancellations of orders placed on our website are allowed without any issues before the products are shipped from our warehouse. In case the products are already shipped out to you kindly contact us with the Order ID. Refunds and product exchanges are provided against orders up to 7 days from dispatch of package to the customer as per our records. Refunds and Exchanges will only be processed once we verify that the items have been returned to us in a pristine condition and unopened and unutilized state. In case of any special cases kindly feel free to contact us. If you choose to exchange/return an item, you will need to courier the product back to us on the address mentioned on the website.
